SSI Open Water Diver

You are about to embark on one of the greatest adventures of your life.

Becoming a scuba diver is the first step on a journey that will change the way you experience the world forever, and gives you the ability to explore our last true frontier: the ocean.

The weightlessness of outer space is an experience limited to a few highly-trained astronauts.

As a diver, you will explore the wonders of a weightless underwater world, interact with incredible marine life, and discover wrecks and ecosystems hidden beneath the surface.

Complete the Digital Learning materials. These materials are self-paced, and you can complete them anywhere, anytime, once you download them to your SSI MySSI app.

The practical side of this course duration is 3 days, 1 day in the pool for the introduction & practice of all the various scuba skills. Days 2 & 3 will be in the open sea (4 dives in total) to practice what you learned on day, with the added benefit of enjoying the underwater seascape when skills are completed. On completion of all skills, you will have earned your first certification in Scuba Diving. Recognised around the world.

With this SSI course, you will be given the Diamond Pack which will remain active for life, automatically updating. So you can always refresh or keep your knowledge up to date.
